Comerica's conversion date is set: September 8, 2026 — and routing numbers keep working
Fifth Third published the specifics its earlier releases only promised: Comerica accounts convert on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and its Welcome Center states that existing account and routing numbers for checking and savings continue to work. We re-verified all four Comerica numbers against comerica.com's state table the same week.

Discover is now a division of Capital One — its routing number hasn't changed
As of July 4, 2026, Discover's own direct-deposit form still shows routing number 031100649 under the new "Discover, a division of Capital One, N.A." branding. We've added it as a Bank-verified record.

Synovus is now part of Pinnacle — one number, unchanged until early 2027
Synovus Bank merged into Pinnacle Bank on January 2, 2026, but synovus.com still prints its single routing number 061100606 — now Bank-verified with a screenshot. Full transition to the Pinnacle brand is planned for early 2027; Synovus's own FAQ says number-level details are still undetermined.

Comerica is now part of Fifth Third — numbers unchanged until the Q3 conversion
The merger closed February 1, 2026, but Comerica still publishes its own state routing table — all four numbers now Bank-verified here with a screenshot. Fifth Third says full system and brand conversion comes in Q3 2026; that's the window to watch.

SunTrust & BB&T numbers, five years into Truist — what Truist actually promised
Truist's own completion announcement said there would be no merger-related routing-number changes for the vast majority of clients, and its SunTrust wire guide kept incoming wires on the SunTrust ABA. Truist publishes no routing list today — here's what's confirmable and what isn't.

BMO Harris became BMO Bank — same charter, and one number on BMO's current forms
The 2023 rename was a legal name change on the same FDIC charter — not a merger. BMO's own post-rename form prints 071025661 for direct deposit, one number nationwide.

About 150 more numbers cross-checked, by resolving bank renames and trade names
Numbers listed in public data under former names — BMO Harris (now BMO Bank), MetaBank (now Pathward), and Green Dot's registered trade names (GO2bank, GoBank, Bonneville Bank) — now match their current institutions and publish at the Cross-checked tier. Each alias is backed by a regulator record or the bank's own published agreement.

Citizens Bank's full state chart added — 8 numbers, Bank-verified with a screenshot
Citizens publishes a routing chart for 11 states on its own site — different ACH numbers by state, with 011500120 as the wire number for CT, MA, NH, and RI. All 8 distinct numbers are now Bank-verified with a captured screenshot of the chart.

BMO routing numbers added — Bank-verified from BMO's own forms
BMO's own direct-deposit form gives one number for ACH and direct deposit: 071025661 — and its wire schedule gives a separate Fedwire number, 071000288. Both confirmed against BMO's own documents.

Truist's own wire instructions print 061000104 (Truist Bank, Atlanta, GA) — now Bank-verified with a captured screenshot. Truist doesn't publish a full routing list; find your account's ACH number in the Truist app.
